…(Rigoletto) Aurelio Canonici conducted the Orchestra and Choir with extreme sensitivity and youthful freshness. The Orchestra was, thus, able to demonstrate its ability to play and to accompany in all the possible dynamics. The result was that the Choir was always audible and sang with excellent diction. The applause from the public was frequent and spontaneous and, at the end of the Opera, the audience gave a standing ovation lasting 10 minutes.
