May 2024: “La Gioia della Musica”, a Rai3 national television broadcast of 20 episodes, closed its third edition, achieving public success beyond all expectations, with an average of almost one million viewers every evening. As in previous years, alongside the famous journalist Corrado Augias, Aurelio Canonici illustrated – thanks to examples played on the piano and conducting the RAI National Symphony Orchestra – symphonic and Opera masterpieces from Rossini’s “Barbiere di Siviglia” to Beethoven’s Symphony 9, from Strauss’s “Don Juan” to Gershwin’s “An American in Paris”.
